Good early effort but obsolete A perfectly respectable early virtural brochure, rather obviously written by techies and now completely overtaken by online Virtual Brochures. Lacks zoom function, which makes it less useful, and looks crude compared to current offerings. Easy to use, if you're not afraid of the word "compile".

Not for me This program was in my computer for about ten minutes before I uninstalled it. It had no easy to get started help wizard or any template that was easy to modify to what I wanted to do. In fact, I couldn't get one page to work.

Lack of support Nice program, easy to use and intuitive like they say - but when my non Windows PC readers had problems and I mailed for advice and info about where to get browser plug-ins got no answer at all - which is pretty darned average. Readers all jumped at the chance to get an alternative pdf copy instead - which kind of suggests it was a waste of money. But for me the lack of customer service is the crucial issue. My review This program is exactly what I wanted just now to record family photos and documents including a family tree to distribute them to members of the family for furture reference having just lost my mother. I love the program and will find many more uses for it and I hope later on to derive an income from it. I can see many uses including replacing conference and taining background material which is currently handed out in hard copy. First I have to perfect my knowledge of the program. For home use I can use it recipe books and travel diaries ...

Excellent Software You guy's have put together one of the best tools on the market. Keep up the great job, and think of a way to lower the price. :) Hard to setup with mediacom voip. No one wants to give you the sip or server login.

I HAVE THIS I have a version of this software that is licenced for 64 (i think it is(the maximum)) no. of lines, unfortunately the version I have is- proberbly long improved upon (with newer versions etc) and yet is still unimplimented by me, why? Because I am no IT expert and purchased the package around 4-6 years ago (so long ago i'm not sure exactly)and whilst setting up my IVM was simple enough using the package to sequence my OGM'S etc and wavepad to record edit and add background music to those ogms, the support from nch is non existent beyond ...

Does the Job well I paid $169 for this software (small interactive system). There is NOT a $19.95 version, so this website should be corrected. However, the program was a bargain at this price, in that it has replaced an answering service that was costing me $165 per month! This is THE ONLY Voip-capable, multi-mailbox, customizable, call routing interactive voice messaging system I could find on the market. Does it have some bugs? Of course! Not at all what I paid for. Your IVM Telephone Answering Attendant has the voice of Microsoft Sam and there is too many features that a person has to keep paying additional cost for after getting one part which does not work without buying another feature.

Opinion The Download page says $19 but the web site says $360. Quite a difference in price. I had trouble with vendor in past; I lost my paid-up copy of an earlier version of their software. And, even though they found my registration, they would not replace it (said they no longer keep earlierversions) and wanted me to pay full price for another copy.Software is a bit difficult to use, and although it has lots of features I do not recommend it as the sales and support staff appear not to be straight-forward in their dealings.
